The staff service was excellent. Convenient free airport transfer. Great location near attractions and restaurants. Comfortable room with necessary amenities. Good gym and swimming pool.

The hotel has a convenient location near the train station and an interesting area in Jl Braga. it is surrounded by several factory outlets for shopping. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable amenities and the breakfast was decent. the friendly staff was a plus point.
The hotel failed to meet our expectations due to inconsistent cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as we were able to explore an interesting area in the city on foot, visit the mountains in the morning, and easily find a restaurant that suited our budget. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were impressive, including a nice gym and clean pool. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the free transportation to and from the airport, which was arranged easily through the hotel.

We loved the convenience of this place! It is situated near some amazing shopping outlets, perfect for all shopaholics out there. The service here was top-notch as well, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. The room amenities were luxurious and the air conditioning kept us cool during our stay. We also enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
This hotel is a great choice for families.

Spent my Easter weekend in a cozy hotel in the heart of a bustling city. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and shopping centers. The room had cable TV, air conditioning and hot water for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city. The staff provided room service with reasonable prices, and the breakfast buffet had Indonesian and Western choices. , the green bean porridge without the coconut milk was delicious!
The pool was a bit crowded during the day, but that's understandable since the hotel offers swimming lessons for local schools. The Karaoke Lounge, while available for a tour, was not open for guests during our visit.
